What you will experience -Treatment Description The massage is performed using a combination of gentle, rhythmic strokes, kneading, and pressure techniques that target key energy points (or chakras). Indian Head Massage is known for its ability to reduce tension, improve concentration, relieve headaches, and support mental clarity. You will be able to choose whether to sit for the treatment or relax and lay down on the therapy couch. Additionally, aromatherapy oils can be used and will be available What to wear? To ensure that you are comfortable during your massage, it’s important to wear loose, comfortable clothing. During the treatment I will need to access your upper neck, shoulders and scalp and I will be offering the use of warm therapeutic oils. I will provide you with a large bath towel to provide coverage for your upper body. You can wear a camisole or vest/ tank top if you prefer. Removal of any jewellery and watches will be required to ensure the full treatment can be given. I will of course adhere to any cultural or traditional guidelines and requirements .
